The casual atmosphere of this beach property makes it the perfect place to call home. Imagine drinking your morning coffee while you watch the ocean shimmering just outside your door. This property affords ocean views from the deck, the living room and the kitchen. Beautiful La Cantina Sliding doors allow you blend the indoor and outdoor space all year long.

Inside this spacious home the living room features a gas fireplace and wine bar along with Smart TV, Sonos Music System and a comfortable space to work complete with commercial grade wifi and a printer/scanner. The gourmet chef’s kitchen is outfitted with KitchenAid Professional Grade appliances, an extensive array of cookware, dinnerware and glassware. The property contains 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The master bedroom features a king size bed, ensuite bath with dual shower heads, and a private garden.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite bath, and the third bedroom offers a full size bed and private bathroom entrance. Each bedroom features a Smart TV and Sonos Music System. There is an extra guest bed that can be set up in the living room for larger parties or occasional overnight guests. ❛❛ Our month long stay over the Christmas holidays certainly exceeded our expectations in a number of ways. The ocean view was wonderful and enjoyed daily. We had more than enough space in the three-bedroom unit to welcome a family member or two while never feeling cramped during our stay. The location of this unit also provided us with a very short 5-minute walk to the beach as well as to the trolley stop. The recent renovation of this unit has upgraded most everything in the space and certainly made us feel like we were living in a “new” place. The representation online was completely accurate. Management support from the owner and host was both responsive and complete. In summary, the combination of the comfort and quality of our stay along with having simple access to the beach and to the town helped us to make the most of our visit. We will be back. ❜❜
